The People Resource Committee initiates oversees and evaluates strategic HR actions and policies that enhance and embed North & East’s reputation as an employer, and enables the Association to recruit, develop, engage, and retain the best qualified staff.
It advises the Board on their financial and legal responsibilities to employees and recommends measures to be put in place as required to ensure compliance with these responsibilities. It further advises on and monitors North & East’s HR Strategy, policy development, change management and pay, performance and reward systems reporting to the Board as appropriate.
Membership of the committee is comprised of Hugh Moulton (Chairperson), and John Cunniffee.
