Rosalind joined the NEHA Board in June 2021. Rosalind is the Chief Executive of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board (PIAB). PIAB is self-funded public body established to support the fair, prompt and transparent resolution of personal injuries claims without the need for unnecessary litigation and deals with 20,000 – 30,000 claim applications every year and compensation awards to the value of over €200 million.
Prior to taking up this position, Rosalind was CEO of the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB), the regulatory body for the rented sector in Ireland, and oversaw a number of significant change programmes during her time there.
Rosalind has significant leadership and housing expertise. In addition to her role in the RTB, she was the first Head of Regulation at the Housing Agency, establishing the Regulation Office to provide for first formal Regulation of Approved Housing Bodies sector in Ireland.
Rosalind also had previous roles as Head of Housing Services in the Housing Agency, as well as roles in the Department of the Environment and Dublin City Council, covering housing supply and private finance, and programme management. She holds an MSc degree from the London School of Economics and also a post graduate diploma in Regulatory Management from IMI
