This Committee is responsible for  monitoring  the ongoing quality of overall services provided to tenants through the review of performance, tenant feedback methods and tenant service standards.

It also ensures that tenant involvement is progressed and continuously improved based on the goals  in the Tenant Engagement Strategy and taking into consideration tenant feedback in the form of surveys, phone calls, emails and other methods of communication.

The committee meets 4 times a year. Membership of this committee comprises  Patricia  Cleary  (Chairperson) and Pat Lennon.
