North and East Housing are the process of setting up a Reading Panel made up of you our tenants to review important tenancy forms and documents. We would welcome any tenant who is interested in reviewing these documents and who would like to give  us with some feedback to help us improve our service. The first document we will be reviewing is our Pet Authorisation Form. If you are interested please contact the Support Desk on 01 820 0002 or email us to our new email voice@neha.ie and we will send you a copy of the Tenancy Form and a simply evaluation form to return to us by Freepost.

                          Spring Newsletter The Spring Newsletter will be arriving in your post boxes this week along with your quarterly rent statements and our First Annual Tenant Report. In this newsletter edition we talk about our First Annual Tenant Report and some activities we will be running in the coming months . As the Manager - Asset & Facilities Management you will lead in the implementation of NEHA’s asset management strategy. You will manage and lead the professionally qualified technical team in the provision of repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance programs and provide technical support to the Development and Tenant Services function of NEHA. You will also play a leadership role as a member of the management team of North and East Housing.
