North & East is proud to have won the Best Housing Development award for Collier’s Place, Duleek, Co Meath at the CiH All- Ireland Housing awards held in Belfast on Friday.

Fantastic development made possible by partnership with Meath County Council, Department of Housing and Housing Finance Agency. Thanks also to our Developer partner BKC Alliance Limited,  and Foster and Associates Architects. In North & East we believe in developing long-term partnerships. Our very first Development was with Meath County Council in 1995 and this is our third development with BKC Alliance.

This is our second year in a row to win Best Housing Development having won last year for Tooting Meadow, Drogheda, Co. Louth. Two very different developments but both driven by our vision of  providing high quality, secure and affordable homes for our tenants.  

 On accepting the award CEO Vincent Keenan thanked all our partners for their support and also our tenants, board and staff for their ongoing commitment to delivering this vision. He went on to dedicate the award to Maria Brennan our IT Officer who sadly passed away just before Christmas last year.

Congratulations also to Radius Housing for winning the More than Bricks & Mortar award sponsored by North & East.
