At its recent AGM North & East made three new board appointments, Raffaele Capolupo, Gary Conlon and Vince Harney.

Raffaele is currently Head of Human Resources in IRL-IASD CLG T/A St. Margaret’s Network, non-profit organisation supporting people with intellectual disabilities.

Gary, a Director of O’Byrne Jenkins, Dublin is an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in the Irish and UK market.

Vince is a Chartered Surveyor, Registered Valuer, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisor

The Board also appointed Hugh Moulton as Secretary to the Board. Hugh is a practising civil law barrister and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants and has been a member of the Board of NEHA for 3 years.

Two board members stepped down at the AGM, Maurice O’Neill, and Pat Lennon.

Maurice O’Neill had been a member of the NEHA Board since 2018 and Board Secretary since 2020. He was also Chairperson of the Development & Property Services Committee which benefited hugely from his property expertise.

Pat Lennon is a founder and board member since the founding of the Association in 1993. He has served on various board committees and was Chairperson of the Board from 2014-2018

The Association has begun the process of developing a new Strategy for the next five years and we are delighted with the expertise, fresh perspectives, and innovative ideas that our new members will bring to the process.
