North & East currently provides housing  and tenant  services across 11 Local Authority areas. One of our newer partnerships is with Monaghan County Council and we recently handed over the keys to twelve new homes in Lakeview, Carrickmacross.

These brand new 1- and 2-bedroom apartments are A-rated with universal access design. All tenants were housed from Monaghan County Council’s social housing list.

North & East worked closely with Monaghan County Council to deliver these homes which were  funded by Capital Advanced Leasing Facility (CALF) from the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage and loan finance via the Housing Finance Agency plc (HFA). Eakin Developments were the contractors on site. We are grateful to all for their ongoing support and especially to our new tenants who we warmly welcome to their new homes.
