Our new Housing Management System is called Civica Cx and North & East have chosen to implement this system to support us in our aim of delivering a better, more efficient customer service experience to you, our tenants.

What is Cx?

Cx is a next-generation integrated housing management solution which focuses on you, our tenant, as well as assets, and will enable our staff to manage and share information more effectively with you.

Our Housing Team and other front-line staff will be able to respond to your enquiries faster and have current access to up to date business information which will allow us to put necessary services in place much quicker and improve service delivery to all our tenants.
