Update regarding Public Health Advice 7th August 2020:

The Government has announced the reintroduction of restrictions in Kildare, Offaly and Laois. We urge all affected tenants to review and adhere to the restrictions detailed on https://www2.hse.ie/conditions/coronavirus/local-restrictions.html   For the next two weeks North & East will adapt our work practices and to follow government guidelines and play our part in keeping everyone safe.  

Staff from the affected counties will be working from home and only emergency repairs will be carried out in those counties.  We will continue to monitor and respond to government guidance. Any tenants who have concerns please contact the tenant support desk on 01-8200002 or supportdesk@neha.ie

Update on Repairs 29/06/2020********

From 29th June, internal repair works will recommence in line with Government guidelines. Please contact the tenant support desk at supportdesk@neha.ie  if you require an update on any repair you have requested or if you wish to log a new request
North & East will continue to monitor this situation and update in line with Public Health advice

North & East's office in Blanchardstown is open 5 days a week and our Dundalk office is open 3 days a week. However, in line with the most recent advice from Government, all visits are by appointment only. Please ring our tenant support desk on 01-8200002 if you wish to arrange to meet with your Housing Officer. 

We would encourage all tenants to adhere to Government guidelines during the phased re-opening of the country and if you become unwell, please follow the advice of the HSE.
