You all should have received your Summer Newsletter by now. In this edition we outlined the Tenant Satisfaction Survey that will commencing in the coming weeks. The survey will be carried out by a UK based company called Acuity. We also provided information on North & East's first Reading Panel and would welcome new members. In our Tenant Zone we met Carrie who gave us a lovely receipt for her Gluten Free Scones.  We then took a look at the Tenant Engagement Activities that we carried out over the spring including estate clean ups and Easter Events. Our property services team gave us an update on the cyclical maintainence plan for 2024.

We also outlined the process of the ongoing Annual Rent Review. The newsletter also included a note on what the Residential Tenancies Board are responsible for. We then took a look at how to keep Children Safe during the summer holidays and how to be more environmentally friendly.
