Tenant Satisfaction Survey commencing this week
At North and East Housing we are committed to improving our service as we value you our Tenants. Your feedback is vital if we are to understand what we are doing well and, if necessary, change what we are doing to become better. This year we have sourced an independent UK based company named Acuity, who have 25 years’ experience in carrying out Tenant Satisfaction Surveys in the Social Housing sector, to gather this feedback on our behalf.
- Starting this week (5th August) a sample of tenants will receive an email containing a link that will bring you to the online questionnaire.
- From 19th August - a sample of tenants will receive a survey in the post which will contain a FREEPOST envelope to be returned directly to Acuity. There will also be an option to scan a QR code and complete digitally.
- From 9th September - a sample of tenants will receive a phone call from Acuity - this will be from a UK Phone Number 01273 093939 with a Brighton Area Code.
We would love for you to participate in the survey and let us know how we are doing and what we can improve on. Do please take part and to show you our appreciation all survey participants will be entered into a draw for a prize. When the survey is complete a Report the findings will be made available. All feedback will be anonymous. shared with you to show you the results and how we compare against others in the AHB sector.
