North & East Housing Association has been involved in social housing provision for some 25 years and currently own/manage over 450 properties in the North and Eastern regions of the country.   We are committed to the delivery of high quality housing management services. We now have an opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our existing team within our Dublin office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development of a Tenant Engagement Strategy, the implementation of our new Housing Management system and the delivery of high quality housing services.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent communication, problem solving, leadership and team work skills who can demonstrate a high level of ability and commitment.

The position will be based within our Dublin 15 offices with a requirement to travel throughout the North/North-East of the country.  Therefore, a full clean driving licence and ownership of a car is required. The salary scale for this position is €52,500 to €60,000 per annum
