We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Housing Administrator in our Dublin 15 offices.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing a comprehensive administrative service within a small housing management team and in the delivery of high-quality support services to our tenants through the Tenant Support Desk.
This is a fulltime 5-day week, office-based position within our Dublin 15 offices.
Candidates will need to possess:-
- Good standard of overall education or equivalent minimum standard that meets the requirements of the post.
- Good working knowledge of CRM systems and/or systems administration.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy office environment or working in an environment with various stakeholders and interdependencies.
- Experience in dealing with members of the public and resolving customer issues.
