North & East Housing Association was founded thirty years ago with a vision of providing high quality, secure and affordable housing, appropriate to the needs of families and individuals. That vision remains unchanged. Recently we  welcomed 21 tenants to their new homes at DOÍRÍN ALAÍNN, Ballylinan, Co. Laois These brand new 2- and 3-bedroom homes were delivered over the course of 2020-2022,  are A-rated and with air to water heat pumps and underfloor heating on the ground floor.

North & East worked closely with Laois County Council to deliver these homes which were  funded by Capital Advanced Leasing Facility (CALF) from the Department of Housing. Local Government and Heritage and private loan finance via the Housing Finance Agency plc  (HFA).  JJ Wall of De Bhal Construction were the contractors on  site. We are grateful to all for their ongoing support and especially to our new tenants who we warmly welcome to their  new homes.
