In 2012/2013 North & East undertook the re-development of the old Fire Station in Carrick St. Kells, Co. Meath. This resulted in 8 homes being allocated for the elderly in a private secure environment while also acting as a catalyst for the rejuvenation for that part of town, with the first tenants moving into their new homes in March 2014. Currently North & East are in the process of re-developing another Fire Station in Scarlet St. Drogheda, Co. Louth.
