North & East Housing Association is committed to dealing effectively with any concerns or complaints you might have about our service.   If you need to make a complaint, we want the process to be easy, effective and fair.  We aim to learn from our mistakes and and encourage you to make your concerns known to us. If we get something wrong we will apologise and where possible we will try to put things right. Likewise if we are doing something right let us know and we will ensure it is replicated throughout the Association.
