We know, it’s only October and we are talking about Christmas, but it’s never too early to get into the spirit of things. Of course, we will be having our annual Christmas card competition and we fully encourage children, teenagers and adults alike to take out their art supplies and get involved.

North & East have been delighted to welcome many new tenants over the past few months. We realise that our new Tenants (as well as our long standing ones!) will have lots of questions about their new homes and we have a number of ways for you to find the answers you need.

The residents of the Moneymore Housing Estate, Drogheda have been chosen to represent County Louth in the All-Ireland “Pride of Place” competition. Moneymore are also the first estate in Drogheda to be chosen in this category, which has been running since 2003.

We are delighted here at North & East Housing to be shortlisted for the ICSH Housing awards in the category for Collaboration Initiatives Ardmore, Bettystown, Co. Meath.

In Aug 2016, North & East handed over the keys to 18 new homes in Ardmore, Bettystown, bringing the total number of homes provided via NAMA and North & East for social housing in the development to 29. Today our new Tenants celebrated the completion of their first year in their new homes with a morning of fun and games for the younger residents and tea/coffee and cake for their parents.  North & East wish to thank the residents of Ardmore for their support and help in developing this community and we will continue our commitment to them in the years to come.
