You all should have received your Summer Newsletter by now. In this edition we outlined the Tenant Satisfaction Survey that will commencing in the coming weeks. The survey will be carried out by a UK based company called Acuity. We also provided information on North & East's first Reading Panel and would welcome new members. In our Tenant Zone we met Carrie who gave us a lovely receipt for her Gluten Free Scones.  We then took a look at the Tenant Engagement Activities that we carried out over the spring including estate clean ups and Easter Events. Our property services team gave us an update on the cyclical maintainence plan for 2024.

North & East’s Annual Report 2023 is now available. 2023 marked another great milestone in North & East Housing Association’s history as we celebrated our 30th anniversary.

Dutch Housing delegates on a learning and exchange programme with Irish counterparts were welcomed to Collier’s Place, Duleek on 13th June as guests of Meath Co. Council. The delegates, including CEOs, Senior Policy Advisors and Programme Managers of social housing organisations and care providers, are in Ireland to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and explore innovative solutions for supporting vulnerable citizens in our communities.

North and East Housing are the process of setting up a Reading Panel made up of you our tenants to review important tenancy forms and documents. We would welcome any tenant who is interested in reviewing these documents and who would like to give  us with some feedback to help us improve our service. The first document we will be reviewing is our Pet Authorisation Form. If you are interested please contact the Support Desk on 01 820 0002 or email us to our new email voice@neha.ie and we will send you a copy of the Tenancy Form and a simply evaluation form to return to us by Freepost.

Annual Tenant Report

                          Spring Newsletter The Spring Newsletter will be arriving in your post boxes this week along with your quarterly rent statements and our First Annual Tenant Report. In this newsletter edition we talk about our First Annual Tenant Report and some activities we will be running in the coming months .
